I found it comprehensive and very useful as a detailed overview. I worked with Joe on a later book on using nonverbals in the business world. Both books have changed how I deal with people. I have specific ways now of trying to be in sync with others. I also notice when I complain about poor service, I can list specifics of the body language (dismissive expressions and other movements) and the manager really listens! I hope you enjoy the book.
